Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Winscope. They cover the Winscope app, your subscription, and this website.
Last updated: 23 October 2026
Winscope is a tool for businesses. Your content stays yours, and we use it only to run Winscope for you. AI drafts can be wrong, so review everything before you submit it.
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, after which your teams go read-only — you can still view and export everything. We do not refund payments except when we charged you in error.
1. Agreeing to these terms
Winscope is operated by Quokka For Good LLC ("Winscope", "we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a plan, or using Winscope or this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Winscope.
Winscope is for business use only. You must be at least 18. If you use Winscope for an employer or another organisation, you agree to these terms on its behalf and confirm you are authorised to do so; "you" then means that organisation.
2. The service
Winscope helps you respond to RFPs, tenders, questionnaires, and similar requests. It reads the documents you upload, plans a response, and drafts it with AI, for you and your team to review, edit, and export.
We improve Winscope continually, so features will change. We will not remove a core part of a plan you have paid for during your current billing period. Features we label as beta are provided as they are and may change or be withdrawn.
3. Accounts and teams
- Give us accurate information, and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at support@winscope.co straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
- One account is for one person. Do not share sign-ins.
- Work happens in teams. The person who creates a team owns it, and that owner's plan covers the team. Owners and admins invite members, choose their roles, and remove them.
- Content in a team belongs to the team, and the team owner controls it. If you leave a team or delete your account, what you added to someone else's team stays with that team.
4. Your content
"Your content" means everything you or your team put into Winscope — documents, evidence, drafts, edits, images — and the output Winscope produces for you. You own your content. We do not claim any rights in it beyond what we need to run Winscope for you.
You give us permission to store, copy, process, and display your content, and to send it to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy, only to provide and support Winscope for you, keep it secure, and meet our legal obligations. This permission ends when your content is deleted.
We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not let our AI providers train on it. We treat your content as confidential: we will not disclose it to anyone except those service providers, who are bound by confidentiality, or where the law requires it.
You confirm that you have the right to upload your content and to have it processed this way. That includes documents shared with you under a confidentiality agreement: check that it allows you to use tools like Winscope with them.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely to improve Winscope, without owing you anything.
5. AI-generated output
Winscope's analysis, plans, and drafts are generated by AI. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They can misread a requirement or miss one, and they can state things about your business that are not true.
You are responsible for reviewing and checking everything Winscope produces before you rely on it or submit it. That includes compliance with the buyer's requirements, deadlines, and formats, and the accuracy of every claim, figure, and price. Winscope does not guarantee that any bid will be compliant or successful.
As between you and us, you own the output Winscope produces for you. Because AI output is generated, similar text may be produced for other customers.
6. Plans and payment
- Plans, prices, and limits — proposals, editors, reviewers, pages per proposal, and Evidence library pages — are shown on our pricing page and apply as described there when you buy. Prices are in US dollars.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- A proposal is used when its first analysis starts. Re-running analysis, planning, or drafting on it never uses another, and deleting a proposal does not give it back. Monthly proposals that you do not use expire at the end of each month.
- Extra proposals are one-off purchases, valid for 12 months from purchase, and used only after your plan's proposals for the month run out. The Free plan's single proposal is given once per person: deleting your account and signing up again with the same email does not give a new one.
- Prices do not include taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase, other than taxes on our income.
- We may change our prices. A change applies to you from your next renewal, and we will email you at least 30 days before it does.
- If you downgrade, nothing is deleted. Until you are within the new plan's limits, you cannot add more editors, reviewers, or pages.
- If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it, and you can update your payment details from your billing settings. If it stays unpaid, your plan ends and your teams go read-only, as described in section 7.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
When a paid plan ends, your teams go read-only. Everything stays viewable and exportable, but nothing can be changed, analysed, or drafted until you choose a plan again. Your content stays in your account until you delete it or your account.
Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods and unused proposals, except where we charged you in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled. Tell us at support@winscope.co within 60 days of the charge and we will refund it. This does not affect any rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, or that you do not have the right to use
- Upload malware, or anything designed to harm Winscope or other users
- Probe, scan, or test the security of Winscope, or try to reach any account, system, or data you are not authorised to reach
- Copy, decompile, or reverse engineer Winscope, or scrape it by automated means
- Resell Winscope, or share accounts or create extra ones to get around your plan's limits or a one-time offer
- Use Winscope to produce content that is deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise against the law, or against the usage policies of our AI providers
- Interfere with Winscope's operation, or place an unreasonable load on it
If you have found a security issue, we would genuinely like to hear about it — email support@winscope.co and please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anyone else.
9. Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, do not pay, or put Winscope or other users at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem and export your content.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account, or by emailing support@winscope.co. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it first. When an account is closed, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep first.
Sections 4, 5, and 10 to 14 continue to apply after your account is closed.
10. Our service and brand
Winscope's software, design, website, name, and logo belong to us or our licensors. While you have an account, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Winscope under these terms. You may not use our name or branding without written permission.
Other services
Winscope relies on services we do not operate, such as Stripe for payments and Google for sign-in. Their own terms apply to your use of them. This site may also link to sites we do not operate; we are not responsible for their content.
11. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep Winscope accurate, secure, and available. But apart from what these terms expressly promise, Winscope is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that Winscope will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI output will be accurate, or that using Winscope will win you any bid.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, in which case the exclusions above apply only as far as the law permits.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither of us will be liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, contracts, or bids — even if told such damages were possible.
Our total liability for all claims relating to Winscope or these terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 100.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Your responsibility to us
If someone brings a claim against us because of your content, or because you used Winscope in breach of section 8, you will cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim. We will tell you promptly about the claim and let you control its defence.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either of us may seek an injunction wherever necessary to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
Before starting any formal dispute, please email support@winscope.co so we can try to resolve it with you directly.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Winscope changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we will email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Winscope after that means you accept the updated terms. If you do not, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
16. General
- These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Winscope, unless we sign a separate written agreement with you, which then takes priority.
- You may not transfer these terms to anyone else without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.
- Neither of us is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
- We send notices to the email address on your account. Send notices to us at support@winscope.co.
